MyWideGarage.com is a listings marketplace for permitted second-hand items in the United States. The platform helps buyers and sellers find each other, but it does not act as seller, buyer, payment intermediary, carrier, guarantor, or representative of any user.

Users are solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, legality, origin, condition, price, availability, and description of their listings, as well as any agreements, messages, payments, deliveries, inspections, or transactions made on or off the platform.

MyWideGarage.com, its administrators, creators, developers, and providers do not verify or guarantee user-published content and are not responsible for false, incomplete, or misleading information, nonperformance, fraud, losses, damages, disputes, claims, or any harmful actions by users or third parties.

We recommend appropriate safety measures in every transaction: meet in public places, inspect the product before paying, avoid deposits or transfers without verification, do not share codes, passwords, or financial data, and report suspicious listings or behavior.

Real cars, real motorcycles, cell phones, services, real estate, animals, alcohol, weapons, medicine, and illegal goods are not allowed. Scale models, miniatures, and toys are allowed. MyWideGarage.com may reject, delete, suspend, moderate, or expire listings and accounts that break these rules or pose community risk.

Listings expire after 30 days and can be renewed from the seller account. There is no in-platform payment gateway; any payment, pickup, delivery, or agreement happens directly between users and at their own risk.
